1. Video conferencing with team members:


Google Meet will help your team stay connected securely at any time, anywhere in the world.


You can join through Mobile as well as Computer. You can schedule the video meeting and join through Meet or Gmail. Maximum number of people who join through Meet is 250. Also here you can use the virtual background for the video meeting. It is one of the easiest ways to stay connected with more people working and learning from home.


2. Give presentation to remote audiences:


Through Google meet you can present Slides, sheet, Docs and other files in a video meeting.


You can record the video meeting so that later also you can watch the presentation for your work reference. Also in a meeting you can use the caption option, which makes it easier to follow what’s being said in the meeting, shown in text at the bottom part of the screen.




3. Edit documents in real time basis and share access from anywhere in the world:


In Google Workspace you can edit slides, Spreadsheets or other documents with the team. You can Edit the document in real time. Give access options to all team members who can Edit , View and Comment for the feedback. All the documents store in the Google Drive or share drive. Changes in the documents will automatically save, so team members can see the updated version of the document and securely access the files on any device anytime.


4. Share latest information with large groups or teams :


To share information with groups you can create a webpage and share the files. You can make docs , sheets and other files, and share through the Google site for all team members.

The Google Groups makes it easier to communicate with teams over the globe. Create a Google Group and share the latest information through email with all members instead of emailing individually. Use the Group email address to share the updates and files like Drive documents with all at a time.
