Troubles with Linux

To save licensing costs, a client had been using a Linux system. This open-source solution lacks a proper support structure and needs a high level of technical expertise to run. When the only Linux knowledgeable staff member left, they began to struggle and it greatly impacted the business's operational efficiency.
